Bethesda Softworks® Signs Co-Publishing Agreement
with Take-Two Interactive for The Elder Scrolls® IV: Oblivion™

Rockville, MD - February 3, 2005 - Bethesda Softworks LLC, a ZeniMax Media company, today announced it has signed a co-publishing agreement with Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) covering North American and European distribution of its highly anticipated game, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, the sequel to the best-selling and critically acclaimed The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind®. Bethesda Softworks will maintain control over development of Oblivion and continues to own all rights to the Elder Scrolls franchise.
